Hello, my name is Oskar Stal (Oskar Stål in Swedish) and currently work at the Internet music service Spotify. Our vision is to provide the right music for every moment to all people around the world.

The engineering team is mostly located in Stockholm and New York and I believe this is a great combination. Personally I much enjoy traveling to New York every other month.

Or work is not really the appropriate verb. Being at Spotify is not really a job, it's more like a life commitment and partnership. We all work really hard to fulfill our vision and this goes far beyond any normal job. We are a huge group of people all bound by this amazing vision, and this bond makes us work as one team with one shared goal.

We have an amazing team, and an awesome track record, so we have great confidence in achieving our vision. We won't allow for anything to steal our dream away.
